LSPKITS is part of the Brickworkz Foundation.
Brickworkz is a foundation dedicated to supporting young people with challenges and enabling them to successfully participate in the labour market. They aim for an inclusive society where all young people, regardless of the challenges they face, have the opportunity to develop through a paid side job.
Brickworkz Foundation mission is to guide young people to take responsibility for their own development and careers. They offer tailor-made guidance, helping young people develop the skills and self-confidence needed to make independent choices and be successful in the job market. Brickworkz works with companies and organisations to create more opportunities for these young people and spread our way of working as the new norm.
Through personal mentoring, social awareness and sharing success stories, Brickworkz strives for a future where inclusiveness and personal development are natural for everyone. Together, we are building a better future where a side job does come naturally to every young person.
By using our rental/sorting service or purchasing LSP equipment, you actively contribute to achieving our mission.
Professional Play is the partnership between LEGO Serious Play facilitators Jaap den Dulk, Emiel van Kalken, Wiro Kuipers and Edwin de Vos. Under the banner of Professional Play, they guide impactful meetings using LEGO Serious Play.
They also support novice facilitators in using the methodology and can provide large quantities of materials for LSP sessions through our LSPKITS initiative.
